We don't believe in "junk miles". Every swim session, every bike interval, and every run set has a specific physiological purpose. Our coaches deep-dive into your power data and heart rate variability to adjust training in real-time.
DATA INTEGRATION
All endurance athletes are coached via TrainingPeaks. We integrate with your Garmin/Wahoo ecosystem to pull live data. You will receive detailed analysis of your TSS (Training Stress Score) and aerobic decoupling on a weekly basis.
PROGRAM FILTERS
LEVEL
Intermediate to Advanced (Beginners accepted only with high commitment).
GEAR REQUIRED
Heart Rate Monitor, Power Meter (preferred), and GPS watch.
FOCUS
Technical proficiency, metabolic efficiency, and race strategy.
