PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is not a bodybuilding program. It is a systematic approach to building a resilient, powerful, and efficient human machine.
Our programming focuses on the "Big Three" but expands into metabolic conditioning and structural balance. We use biometric tracking and weekly check-ins to ensure you are progressing at the optimal rate without risking injury.
COACHING DELIVERY
We utilize CoachRx for all our strength programming. You will have a dedicated portal to track your lifts, view technique videos, and communicate directly with your coach. Every set is logged; every rep is accounted for.
CRITICAL FILTERS
REQUIRED COMMITMENT
Minimum 4 sessions per week (60-90 minutes per session).
EXPECTATIONS
Strict adherence to tempo, rest intervals, and nutritional guidelines.
IDEAL FOR
Athletes looking to build explosive power and long-term joint integrity.
